Our Story
How Right Care Family Medicine Began
Right Care Family Medicine was founded by Dr. Jessica Wright, a board-certified family physician. A native of Sierra Leone, Dr. Wright grew up in Connecticut and lived and practiced in Northern Virginia before bringing her family to Raleigh. Her global background shapes the care she offers, from adolescent health to travel medicine.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in Raleigh and every community we serve, delivering the right care at the right time through trust, accessibility, and clinical excellence. We put patients first and focus on each patient’s unique needs.
Our six WRIGHT core values (Wellness First, Respect & Relationships, Integrity in Care, Growth & Education, Holistic High-Quality Care, and Teamwork & Trust) are named for the doctor who founded the clinic and carried forward as Right Care grows to welcome more providers.

Meet the Providers Behind Your Care
Dr. Jessica Wright leads care at Right Care Family Medicine, bringing more than ten years of clinical experience, a deep interest in chronic disease, and a long-standing passion for adolescent and global health. She is joined by Millicent Ogoo, a dual-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than two decades of nursing experience.
